Payment & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This payment and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, and refunds for services offered by Jaya Hospitality Global Services Private Limited ("Company"). By engaging our services or making payments through our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full or as per the agreed schedule prior to the commencement of services. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other modes as mutually agreed. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your service agreement.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event — full refund of advance paid
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the event — 50% of advance amount refunded
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event — no refund applicable
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The Company reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred in preparation for the event prior to cancellation.
5. Disputes
